Flow

This all-levels class moves at a mindful, moderate pace, giving you time to settle into each posture and flow with intention. You’ll build strength, enhance body awareness, and leave feeling grounded in both body and mind.

Express Flow

Express Flow is 45 minutes, instead of the typical 60 minute class. Perfect to fit movement into a busy schedule. This all-levels class moves at a mindful, moderate pace, giving you time to settle into each posture and flow with intention. You’ll build strength, enhance body awareness, and leave feeling grounded in both body and mind.

Power Flow

This dynamic power flow moves seamlessly from pose to pose, gradually building into a faster, more invigorating pace. Expect to challenge your strength, stamina, and focus as you work toward your edge. Perfect for a balanced active recovery session or a workout on its own.

Gentle Yoga

This class offers a chance for your body to reset, whether you are sore from a hard workout, or you are tight from sitting or standing all day.  The teacher guides you deeper into a series of postures with intentional movement at a slower pace.  This is a great compliment to a tough training day, meant to help you recover and feel renewed.  Beginner-friendly.

Active Gentle Yoga

Reset with this active, yet gentle yoga flow. We’ll move through mindful sequences that energize the body, release tension from sitting, and leave you feeling refreshed and focused for the rest of your day.

Hot Mat Pilates

Turn up the heat and feel the burn! This class combines the core-strengthening, posture-improving moves at the essence of Pilates with the added intensity of an infrared heated room. Expect a low-impact but powerful workout that challenges your muscles and and leaves you feeling strong and energized. Perfect for anyone looking to sweat, sculpt, and lengthen in a supportive, studio vibe.
